Care provided at 8:00, 9:30, and 11:00 services.

• Birth - Age 1 are offered care in our nursery.

• Age 2 - Age 3 are offered care in our toddler room.

Sunday Mornings: What to Expect

check-in

Plan to arrive a few minutes before the worship service so we can help you register your child. You can also register your child ahead of your visit by clicking HERE. You will receive a parent tag and a child’s tag with matching ID numbers to ensure safety during pick-up.

CONTACTING YOU

If for any reason we need to contact you after you have dropped off your child, we will text you on the cell number you provided at the time of check-in. Please keep your phone on vibrate during the worship service.

pick-up & SECURITY

After the service, kids 10 years and younger will be released to a family member no younger than 13 years old that presents the corresponding tag. For security purposes, only scheduled volunteers are allowed in the Oakwood Kids wing during the 9:30 & 11 am hours. We would be happy to give parents a tour of the area upon request. We are committed to providing safe and secure rooms for our youngest generation.

FOOD & SNACKS

Oakwood Kids will not be serving snacks of any kind during this time. You may send a labeled water bottle with your child if necessary.

WELL-CHILD POLICY

We want all of our Oakwood Kids and our Oakwood Kids Team to have a healthy experience while participating. Please do not bring your child to church if diarrhea, vomiting, 100+ degree fever, rash, non-clear runny nose has occurred in the last 24 hours.

Upcoming Events

Mom's with kids 0-3 will gather in the nursery at Oakwood Community Church for Mommy and young baby time. This will be a time of encouragement and fellowship.
